1. The service
Bellripple is a free 3D garden for walking, sitting and simple practices. It is provided free of charge and may change, pause or end at any time.
2. Not advice
Bellripple is a general wellbeing space. Nothing on the site is medical, psychological or religious advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Breathing guides, bows and stretches are optional; move only within your comfort and stop if anything feels wrong.
3. Who can use it
The site is for a general audience. If you are under 18, use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. Being considerate
Please do not try to disrupt the garden or other visitors, overload or attack the service, get around its limits, or use automated tools against it. We may block access that harms the service or other visitors.
5. Offerings
Candles, lanterns and wish tablets are virtual and free. No religious service is performed and no money is collected. The tea house menu is virtual; nothing is sold or delivered.
6. Ownership
The Bellripple name, the site's design, code, buildings, objects and patterns belong to Bellripple. Some 3D models, motions and sky images are free (CC0) works by others, listed on the credits page. Do not copy the site or present it as your own.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
